How to Become a QLegal ENP Partner
A simple, guided process from QLegal registration to Supreme Court ENP commissioning and account activation.
Step 1 — Register as an Applicant-ENP
Create your QLegal account and complete the ENP Application Form with your personal, professional, and notarial information.
Step 2 — Complete QLegal Verification
Submit the required information and supporting documents for identity, professional, and eligibility verification.
Step 3 — Complete the QLegal ENP Certification Course
Complete the QLegal course covering electronic notarization, QLegal workflows, security, data privacy, compliance, and ENP responsibilities. Upon passing, you will receive your QLegal ENP Certificate.
Step 4 — Apply for Your Supreme Court ENP Commission
Prepare and submit your application through the Supreme Court Electronic Notarization Portal.
Key documents to prepare:
- ENP Application Form
- ₱3,000 application fee — proof of payment through the Judiciary ePayment System (JePS)
- IBP Certificate of No Pending Case
- MCLE Certificate
- Current Professional Tax Receipt (PTR)
- Electronic Notarization Facility (ENF) Provider Certification
After you submit — Assessment, Virtual Summary Hearing, and Commission
After submission, the Electronic Notary Services (ENS) conducts an initial assessment and verifies the completeness and correctness of your application.
Qualified applicants are then scheduled for a Virtual Summary Hearing, where their knowledge of the Rules on Electronic Notarization and proper use of an Electronic Notarization Facility (ENF) are assessed.
Upon successful evaluation, the Supreme Court issues the Certificate Evidencing the Electronic Notarial Commission.
Step 5 — Submit Your Commission to QLegal
Upload your Supreme Court ENP Commission Certificate to your QLegal dashboard and message QLegal Tech Support for verification.
Step 6 — Activate Your QLegal ENP Account
Once verified, your Applicant-ENP account is upgraded to a Certified ENP Account, giving you access to the applicable QLegal electronic notarization tools and enabling you to serve clients through the platform.
Once certified, you may now join the QLegal ENP Partner Network.
